Rox Pivoting "Elite" bar riser. This kit fits 1 1/8 bar mounts and will raise the bars 2" and allows you to run the original 1 1/8 oversize bars. A great addition to raise the bars and not adversely affect the performance of your top mounted Scotts Stabilizer.
