You've selected the weld-on triple clamp kit. The weld-on kit is relatively easy to install and only requires 2 small welds about 1/2" wide on both sides of the tower. We give you step by step pictured instructions and this process can be completed easily by a qualified welder in less than 30 minutes, usually. 2003-2012 KTM 85's and all 105's come with 7/8"bars. This triple clamp is designed for oversize bars. If 7/8" bars are going to be used, select the box below to accept bar reducer bushings. *The stock 7/8" bars on these models are to low and do not allow the damper to fit under the cross bar. An alternate bend would be required. The best option is to use oversize bars.Please call or email us if you have any other questions.
