This triple clamp comes with the SUB mount already installed, so the stabilizer mounts under the handlebars. The SUB mount has rubber insulators to cushion the riders arms and reduce vibration.
This SUB mount triple clamp will raise the bars 25mm and has 2 bar positions.
Position 1 is 5mm forward of stock and position 2 is 15mm forward of stock.
