This is a weld on kit only, due to the steering lock interferring with a bolt on type fitment. It requires minor welding, a small bead on each side of the tower, taking about 30 minutes for a qualified welder to perform. This particular kit you've selected is designed to be used with the stock handlebar perches, but still requires new bars with a bowed crossbar or higher crossbar. The stock crossbar is too low and will not physically clear the stabilizer. We offer bars with a bowed crossbar that gives the clearance necessary. The bars are NOT included in this kit but can be purchased separately on this site. 7221 bars have the bowed crossbar. This kit also requires some minor mods to the rubber key and turn indicator mount. The stabilizer offers significant advantages to this model.
