This is a weld-on mount kit only, requiring two small welds on either side of the upright tower, normally taking only a few minutes to weld in place by a qualified welder. We provide step by step pictured instructions and all the parts necessary to install, except the welder. The stabilizer enhances steering and handling on this model and provides more security at highway speeds. Less fatigue to your arms and more precise steering.
