Weld-On / Mount Kit Only

The 05-06 DRZ-SM models come stock with standard diameter handlebars. This kit requires converting to ovesized bars in order to match with parts in this kit. The kit includes new upper and lower oversize bar mounts but not the oversized bars themselves. New bars can be ordered separately on this site by visiting the Product Index tab and selecting the style, bend and color of your choice. This is a weld on kit which requires two small welds on each side of the tower to affix the frame bracket to the frame. The welding is very minor and can be done by a qualified welder in 30 minutes or so, depending on his skills. We include the hardware and step by step pictured instructions. The stabilizer makes a substantial difference on this model.
