Stabilizer kit complete — This shows the complete R1 kit mounted and ready to go. This kit requires drilling (2) holes in the frame. The kit is easy to install as the frame bracket itself serves as the drilling guide and the whole job can be completed in about 20 minutes. We provide step by step pictured instructions, including the drills, taps and necessary parts to make the job easy on you. The frame bracket is precision machined to match all the amazing angles on this bike. As you can see its a work of art once installed. The performance results are even better. We machined this bracket precisely to fit and clear all the hurdles that made this kit a wait in the making, yet still giving good support for the frame bracket. We supply the drills and taps and the operation is relatively easy. Pictured instructions and all hardware included in the kit. The R1 is vastly improved from the addition of this kit. For those of you who are concerned of how the bike will look after you remove our kit to sell your bike, here ya go. We left the bolts silver in the picture to show you where the holes were. If for some reason this does not look good enough for you, the bolts and washers could be black or, you could simply install the same type of plug that Yamaha uses here on the top of the triple clamp to plug a threaded hole.
