Shown here is the complete Triple Clamp SUB mounted Stabilizer kit (Stabilizer Under Bars). This includes the SUB mounted stabilizer, 5-star rated billet BRP/SCOTTS triple clamp anodized to protect it from the elements, Sub mounted handlebar assembly, frame bracket, towerpin, all necessary hardware, step by step pictured instructions and Owner's manual. The oversized bars pictured here are not included in the kit, but are available as an option here on our site, if needed. We also offer an option for bar reducers to adapt Standard diameter bars to the oversize mounts if needed. (Kit shown may not be your actual model but depicts what comes in the kit). See other photos here for alternate kits and options to mount with.SUB mount - Stabilizer Under Bars — This is the SUB mount version for the YZF which puts the stabilizer under the bars. This in turn, raises the bars approixmately 25mm, so in some cases you may need a lower bend bar if you want the bar height back where it was. Most riders prefer that slightly higher bars these days. This particular picture shows the black SCOTTS/BRP SUB mounts and Triple clamps with Black Oversize bars. Sub mounts are only available for oversize bars unless using the optional "bar reducers". (note: this picture is actually the YZ model but depicts the same SUB mount concept). The kit mounts the Stabilizer Under the Bars, hence the term -"SUB MOUNT" which in turn raises the bars about 25mm. The photo shows the Sub mount in Gray to distinguish the parts, but the actual parts will be Black anodized to protect them from the elements. Sub mounts come ready for for oversize handlebars. Standard diameter handlebar applications will require our "bar reducers". The model's sub mount is reversible, allowing the user the option between handlebar position #2 or #3. The kit comes with everything you need including step by step pictured instructions, hardware and Owner's Manual. All Sub mounts will eventually be black anodized.
