This is to raise the bars up for the taller rider, hence the stabilizer is mounted below the bars becoming what we call a SUB mounted stabilizer.We found some of these bikes come from the factory with more turning radius on one side than the other. This shows how to cure that problem by adding a spacer screw to the steering stop. This is not a common problem but easy to cure.
