The Mount-kit-only includes everything except the stabilizer and link arm. By utilizing specially designed Poly-Urethane bushings we can offer a vibration dampening handlebar mount that will prevent arm pump and dramatically reduce rider fatigue. MED and SOFT bushings are provided. The bars locate in the same position relative to the steering stem as was stock. Picture may not be your exact parts but depicts the same mounting configuration.

LINK ARM STEPPED STD (40mm) +$44.00

Sub Mount Kits require the link arm to be "stepped" and reverse mounted in order to clear the stabilizer body. Add this to your order if you don't have one already.
