Shown here is the SUB mount kit, which means Stabilizer Under Bars. The SUB mount gives more room above the bars for computers and GPS equipment etc., as you can see is mandatory, when riding long adventure rides like this bike is set up for. This particular kit requires a Scotts Triple clamp which comes with the price of the kit. The SUB mount raises the bars approximately 25mm, which is where most riders like the bars on this bike. However you might want to order lower bars to compensate for the added height, if you liked where they were stock. All sub mounts are made for oversize bars only but can be used with standard diameter bars if bar reducers are ordered separately. The kit includes everything you need, except the oversize bars.
