Shown here is the Factory Kawasaki KX500 Race Bike that won the Baja 1000 on multiple occassions. Pictured is the weld-on tower with the standard Scott's Protaper conversion mounts installed in the stock triple clamp. The small black attachment to the left of the stabilizer was the plug-in for the radio, so the rider could communicate with the Helicopter who was following the rider on the course. Remember the days when Kawasaki dominated the Baja 1000.
