*Due to various designs and configurations of instruments on many bikes, additional modifications by the installing customer may be required for re-fitment of OEM instrumentation. This shows the "RDS"system,(rubber dirt system), Top mounted, this is the mount-kit-only for those who already have a stabilizer. The rubber mounts reduce vibration and arm pump considerably. This kit bolts directly to your stock triple clamp and will raise the bars 5mm. 4-STROKE bars can be run in positions 2 thru 5 while the 2-STROKES can use positions 2 thru 6 (see Diagram). It comes assembled with medium compound urethane bushings and includes a softer set to allow adjustment for riders preference. You have selected the "Mount Kit only" which will include everything in this photo. This application requires the damper to be fitted with a plus 8mm stepped link arm. The link arm and puller to remove existing arm are included in this kit.

The mount-kit-only is designed for those who already have a Scotts Stabilizer and linkarm and want just the mounting kit. The bolt-on kit literally "bolts-on" and usually mounts around the head tube. Installation time varies from bike to bike but normally takes about 45 minutes depending on your skills and the model of motorcycle. This kit is specific to each bike with consideration for which combination of bars and triple clamps are being used. We have meticulously designed these kits to make your installation time fast and easy. This kit typically will include the handlebar clamp, frame bracket, step by step pictured instructions, owners manual and applicable hardware. Some models may require replacement handlebars, but we can assist you in that choice also, if need be.
