The Hypermotard Mount-kit-only comes with a new billet key mount cover that incorporates and retains the stock key immobilizer system to deter theft. It also includes a SUB mounted stabilizer, where the stabilizer is under the bars, yet retains the ease of on-the-fly adjustment to the stabilizer. Each kit also includes new handlebar mounting perches, top and bottom, along with all necessary hardware and detailed, step by step pictured instructions. All anodized to resist the elements. The handlebar location is 5mm higher than the stock position. This is a serious improvement to the stability and handling of the Hypermotard. This was endorsed and used by the Factory Ducati team that won at Pikes Peak with Greg Tracy at the helm. Please note: when ordering a mount-kit-only, that a special +5mm linkarm is required and will need to be ordered in addition to this kit if you do not already have one.
